I anthropomorphized a copy of the Holy Bible written in Latin script and a copy of the Holy Quran in Arabic script. Then, I glued them together using only the frictional force between each of their overlapping pages. I gave them ceramic hands, with a diamond on the ring finger of one hand. I got them to to cuddle together on a visible table at the Portland Public Library in Maine.

I installed "gay mirage" around 3:30pm on 10/1/2011. It was removed by 12:30pm on 10/3/2011.
